Collaborative Health Partners is proud to continue supporting the Covid vaccine efforts of its partner, CVFP Medical Group. Since vaccines first became available in the community, CVFP Medical Group has been working tirelessly to distribute the vaccines in their primary care offices and in dedicated mass clinics, while also providing support for vaccine clinics at Liberty University, University of Lynchburg, and most recently at the community vaccination site in Candler’s Station.

PQN achieved shared savings of $57 million through the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP). Together, Privia Health ACOs provided high-value, cost-efficient care to more than 119,000 Medicare beneficiaries in 2019.

Collaborative Health Partners & Liberty University Announce New Primary Care Benefit to LU Employees
Liberty University has announced an enhanced primary care benefit to its employees. Through a contract with Collaborative Health Partners, a clinically integrated physician network of primary care providers, Liberty will offer a Direct Primary Care (DPC) program designed to improve employees’ scope of health benefits while reducing their projected healthcare spending. The program aims to increase access to preventive care, sick care, physician-directed wellness resources, and physician-directed disease management services at no out-of-pocket cost to the employee.
